Pastry and Dough

I love cooking and baking with pastry and dough. It is so versatile and with the addition or subtraction of sugar you can enjoy sweet or savoury goodness. I experiment with different types of pastry and dough.. using gluten free alternatives such as polenta dough or gluten free flour.

Sweet and Savoury Goodies to enjoy

My recipes vary from savoury tarts to enjoy for brunch, lunch and dinner.. to variations on dough, using both gluten free flour and polenta as an alternative. Pirogi, Pizza, Gnocchi, Tarts, Flans, Pies - I like to try it all!


Sweet pastry for tasty desserts is also a big fav! Custard tarts, tarte tatin, cookies, scones.. you name it!
